By reevaluating their layout, they reduced square footage, enhancing community spaces. Inspired by riverwalks in DC and St. Louis, a central stair fosters connectivity between floors. Fluid light forms mimic tides, creating a dynamic atmosphere. The entry boasts a warm "skylight" connecting reception, breakout, and meeting spaces, including a versatile flex room. The result? A vibrant, connected office space for collaboration and client meetings.
