Q-Vault 5

The Q Vault 5 is an IP68 (submersible) rated direct burial enclosure that is also modular in design.  It can power from 180-900 watts of LV 12VAC  lighting, or 60 - 200 watts of 12 or 24 VDC LED’s.  It is constructed of compression molded composite for strength and durability.  The top is sealed with a submarine grade gasket to alleviate any potential water intrusion.  The top is held in place by 6 stainless steel bolts that are threaded into replaceable nuts under the housing.  The gasket is protected by mechanical stops on the housing to protect it from damage from over-compression.  

The bolt holes also have rain gutters to keep the top from getting discolored from standing water.  Two top plate covers are available as well for functionality and asthetics.  A stainless steel skid resistant diamond plate top for walk way applications, as well as a true thick decorative bronze plate cover that blends in with the environment.

 All other materials are provided to seal the housing completely during installation.  This includes putty for sealing the conduits, a vegetable based two part epoxy for sealing around the wires and a syringe for neat application.  Also included are templates for LV connections, wire ties, stabilizing bars, a drainage pipe and desiccant pouch.  Two optional stainless steel rings are available as a lawn guard or concrete pour ring.
